Linked as a joke or reference whenever Robert's Rules or formal meeting procedure comes up.

A three-minute clip from The Wire season 3 in which Stringer Bell chairs a drug-crew business meeting using Robert's Rules of Order. The scene plays the formal procedure against the criminal setting.

Scene of gang adopting Robert's Rules as a facade

There is a comic I remember from my childhood, "Tom the Dancing Bug" written by Ruben Bolling. He had a character called "Harvey Richard, Lawyer for Children". I linked a couple of examples [1], [2], [3], [4] but the satire, IMO, is incredible. It lampoons humanities proclivity to layer pseudo-rationality onto the irrational things that we do. It also reminds me of the TV show "The Wire" when Stringer Bell, a senior member of a street drug distribution ring of urban thugs, forces them to conduct their meetings using Rules of Order. [5] If you watch to the end, you see that in those circumstances order means nothing, it is just a facade. I guess you could say that I'm cynical about the prospects of such a court and I tend to see the underlying truth in the satires that point it out. 1. [link] 2. [link] 3. [link] 4. [link] 5. Fans of The Wire will of course be reminded of this classic scene where an early 2000s West Baltimore crack gang adopts Rules of Order to lend a professional approach to their meetings: [this video]
