Recommended as a well-produced investigation and cited as evidence of oligarch wealth around Putin.
Alexei Navalny's team investigation into a vast palace allegedly built for Putin, including the history of the bribes behind it. It is in Russian, with English subtitles available.
So, Navalny produced this 1h52m Russian-language video that was published on Youtube 4-5 days ago, just after he returned to Russia and was arrested: [this video] (it has English subtitles) Putin's palace. History of world's largest bribe It's very well produced. I saw all of it and it helped me understand a lot of the history of how the current gang of eh.. er, about how Putin got to where he is today. I really recommend watching it. After these 4-5 days, it has 74M views. The view count is at the moment still growing at ~0.7M views per hour - I just had to edit that view count. 70% of those views are from russian IPs, as per the Navalny people. Makes sense to me. Russia has a population of 144M people. I think it's only a matter of time until Putin/Russia bans Youtube.
Well-produced investigation into Putin's palace and the history of the bribe; English subtitles.
May be this is the reason: [this video] Every single Putin's friend has become a dollar billionaire and they build multiple big palaces/resorts/etc. for him. But no money for fighting wildfires...
Cited for oligarch wealth and palaces versus wildfire funding.
Hello from Kharkiv, article is largely outdated. Russia invasion consolidated Ukrainians. Only NATO could bring peace to my country. Crimea with Russia returns to its native state, land without much water. That was a reason Crimea was handled to Ukraine, on its balance, it was not "present". Putin is trying to distract from internal problems — rising prices, peaceful meetings breakdown, his Palace [1], dying in prison opposition leader Navalny. And on top of it Baiden called Putin a killer. He is playing "strong leader" again. Full scale invasion is higly possible, but only because RF government is insane. [1] [this video]
Cited as the palace investigation among Putin's internal problems.
> Nobody hoards wealth. They invest it. Nobody has a Smaug hoard. There are no Scrooge McDuck cash vaults. There are, unfortunately. [0] Though Putin's gold palace did have to be stripped for fungal problems, later. Musk does go around with a large amount of debt, such as the 13bil he currently owes. So he's less likely to have a prepper vault. That does not mean that human greed doesn't turn to cartoons for inspiration, at times. [0] [this video]
Putin's gold palace as example of billionaire hoarding.
